Javi Del Rio

Degree in Marketing and sales, and a Creativity Masters degree from The School Agency. Javier has lived in different cities of the world such as London, Miami, Lima, Madrid, Barcelona and worked at some of the most important international agencies as Creative Director: Vccp, Scpf, The Farm DDB, Arnold Worldwide, Havas, Wonderland Havas (founding member), FCB and SrBurns. At the latter, Javi is Executive Creative Director. He has won gold medals in all the most prestigious advertising festivals: FIAP, the Sun, Cannes Lions, Club de Creativos of Spain, the eye of Iberoamerica, The Cup, Echo Awards, Eurobest, London Awards.
In 2015, he won the prestigious "Adweek’s Innovation Golden Apple Isaac Awards.

Daniel Marcet

In 1984 he obtained the Bachelor of Arts degree in California. Copywriter at AC&R New York, Reid Walker in London and DPZ and W/GGK (then W/Brasil, today W/McCann) in Brazil. Among the awards he obtained, Gold prizes at the "Circulo de Creativos de Argentina", FIAP and New York Festival, Grand Prix at the Premio Clarin. In 2004 and 2005 he presided the Media Innovation of the AChAP jury. As a General Creative Director at Marcet & Associates, he worked for, among others, Bayer, Scania, Mitsubishi, Impsat and Arnet. In 2008 Daniel founded Expotoons. He is currently General Director at FIAP, Ibero-American Festival of Advertising, President of The Cup (Inter-Continental Advertising Cup), and founding partner and Director at YesWeAd.

Ignacio Fernández Pelayo

Ignacio has a degree in Advertising from the Universidad del Salvador in 1987 and a degree in Marketing from UCES in 1989. He began his professional career in advertising agencies such as Ogilvy & Mather, Trivex and Quadro. In 1989 he founded FOB Advertising and managing the communication of clients like GE Capital, Subaru, TOTAL-Elf, LBA-New York Life, Mazda, Kia Motors and Lufthansa, among others, for eleven years. Later on, he was appointed Country Manager at CICMAS Strategy Group Spain in 2000, and managed marketing and strategy teams as Marketing Manager at BOCA JUNIORS Brand, Country Manager at EXIM Licensing Group Argentina, Director at ARTS+ SPORTS Licensing & Strategy and as Director at EMAGINE Branding.

Guillermo Caro

Advertising graduate with experience in markets like the United States, Spain, South Africa, Mexico, Brazil, Panama, among others. He co-founded Prosocial Ogilvy Latam. He created Advertisers Without Borders, OurMark, NetSpirit, among others. International Awards: AMCHAM, CONTEMPOMODELS-RSE, Echo Award and E - philanthropy. Professor of Master in innovation and Post-Graduate Social Marketing. International consultant in Marketing and CSR cause for Danone, Ferrari, Tetrapak, Avon, Microsoft, regional Coca-Cola, American Express, Unilever, Shell, Nestle, Energizer, Citroën, Peugeot. On strategies of social Marketing and Fundraising at UNICEF, United Nations, Red Cross, Greenpeace, Amnesty, WWF, Doctors of the World, IDB, who, PAHO, UNAIDS, Food Bank.
